Approach & Method

Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (FACT) is a transdiagnostic treatment method based on the same basic principles as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). FACT is more "focused", meaning that you directly focus on the specific obstacles instead of working through an entire treatment program. Stress mitigation is another area we cover through various techniques.
